Strategy: In order to drive sales and continued long-term growth for the brand, Estee Lauder needed to expand to new audiences. So we set out to recruit a younger, multi-ethnic consumer while maintaining our existing, loyal Advanced Night Repair customer base. We built out a highly engaging, emotionally-driven platform, “Keep Advancing”, that feels new and refreshing for the flagship brand and product.
